Tierpark Hellabrunn (Munich)

Baer's Pochard or Ferruginous Duck. Still working on telling the females on those two apart!
 
I'd say Baer's pochard. Female ferruginous ducks have brownish eyes, and males have a very different coloration from this one that doesn't really change during eclipse.
 
This is a female Tufted duck (Aythya fuligula) with her brood of ducklings. I'm assuming this is a wild bird seeing as it was taken in Germany :)
