I'm kind of surprised this was never pointed out, but this is a West African Slender-Snouted Crocodile, Mecistops cataphractus.

Ouch! Really? Then the zoo have C. cataphractus enclosures twice, one in the reptile zone near the Galapagos giant tortoises, and the other here. And the worst part is that I lose a species from my photo archive :(

@Kakapo Well, I don't know what the situation was in 2016, but in 2018 they only had them in this enclosure with gharial and Chinese Alligator being the two crocodilians along the Reptile Walk. I'm not the biggest croc expert but this does look like a slender-snout to me.

Well, in 2016 they had this map: http://ontheworldmap.com/usa/city/san-diego/san-diego-zoo-map.jpg in Dicovery Outpost there is a figure of a crocodile above the giant tortoises. This croc is another slender-snouted that is this one https://www.zoochat.com/community/media/crocodylus-cataphractus.339725/full?d=1475943103 and they repeated the species in Hippo Trail then. I see that more recent maps shows gharial, tomato frog and milk snake instead the crocodile (previously the gharials was in a different zone, with the Chinese soft-shelled turtle surrounded by aviaries)
