roadrunner at my condo complex

September 29, 2019, near downtown Tucson.
I have seen roadrunners many times around Tucson near areas with some scrub (including the dry river bike path that runs west of downtown). But today is the first time I have seen one at my condominium complex (just east of downtown). I live on the train tracks and I have seen them on the road by the train yards further east, so I assume he came from there.

Prior to this the most exotic bird sighting I had at my place was vermilion flycatcher. My condominium is set in a former ice factory that maintains the industrial look and feel, which is why some of the old machinery is placed around the parking lot as you see behind the bird.
