It's shocking to see that such places exist not only in South-East Asia but also in Europe shockingly. Another example of more-than-slightly-lacking husbandry is Pafos zoo ('the largest zoo in Cyprus, but I don't know how the others must be in Cyprus if it is... ), which holds Siberian tigers in weather of up to 41 Celsius...
