@Luke da Zoo nerd as I'm sure many people do. In this case, it's not concrete, but the (plastic?) lining of the lemur house. This house is attached to a good-sized and well-vegetated island.
It is indeed a nice little enclosure. I had to point my camera at the ceiling to avoid the condensation on the window and managed to snap the lemur while he looked out of that bit.
