Wow, for a second I thought this was a new picture; nearly had a mini heart attack! Shame these are no longer in the collection. Though - correct me if I'm wrong - I hear these birds do not fare too well in captivity? Is it just that their diet makes longevity more difficult to achieve?
@ThylacineAlive I have to suppress this thought every so often because it absolutely depresses me to even think about thinking about all of the amazing animals I've probably seen in the past but was far too young to appreciate or remember.
