I'm guessing this was taken in your region of Spain, and hence is T. marmoratus, but I thought I would double-check in case you saw this in a region where T. pygmaeus is resident!
@TeaLovingDave I took the picture on my area, in Northeast Spain. Sadly, that pond was destroyed and since it was the only water point in few kilometres around, I´m afraid that population don´t exist anymore
