I dont think so. There is almost zeros for them to brachiate from, just the diagonal rope and the two little pieces at the top of the telephone poles - unless there is more out of shot..
 
@Andrew Swales Well you should probably have looked at the other picture posted right before this before you criticized it then... True I havnt seen it in person, but from the pictures ive seen it looks to be a good size, well planted, immersive, and has a decent amount of climbing opportunities.
 
It surtainly isn't the best Gibbon-enclosure I've seen but it also surtainly isn't bad ! The 3 specimens I saw were also interacting with eachother all the time so I guess for them the enclosure was also OK.

Thank you Crowthorne. I didn't critcise the enclosure, I replied to the comment which said it looked nice in this picture, which I didn't/don't think it did/does.
