Zoo Tours | The River's Edge

I visited back when only phase one was open because at the time they had a king cheetah. I had contacted the zoo prior to my visit and the arranged for my cousin and I to meet the head keeper to get photos and tour behind the scenes of the cheetah exhibit. One of my most memorable zoo experiences.

What was the original part of River's Edge that opened in 1999? The elephants, rhino/hyena/cheetah complex, hippo exhibit, and Missouri cave?
