Sally was born 13/01/1985 at Taronga Zoo. She came to Wellington Zoo with Cara and Samantha in 1992. Sally has lost several offspring over the years. She has one surviving offspring at Wellington Zoo - Bakari (born 2012). Sally is the highest ranking female, attributed to her role as king-maker when Alexis took over the alpha role.
