I like going to Europe for architectural photography and Budapest has been on my list. I never thought about the zoo there, but if they have Pallas' cats it may be another incentive for me to go.
Architecture wise the zoo itself is very well known. In particular the great rock and the elephant house. You can buy a history book of the zoo buildings at the gift shop. The pallas cat exhibit is by the entrance to the india or lion house.
