Where is this aviary at? I really want to see if I can find it next week during my trip haha I was there in November for a couple days and never stumbled upon it

@Julio C Castro About 200 feet down what looks like a maintenance road to the left of to the polar bear area.

Isn't the access to these aviaries now blocked off?

From the San Diego news thread a few days ago:

"The access to the aviaries behind Polar Bears (sometimes referred to as “Hidden Aviaries” or “AGA Aviaries”) has been blocked. The public can no longer visit them. It’s where the Maleos and the Tongan Scrubfowl, among other birds, are housed."

Wow thats frustrating, hopefully some idiot didnt ruin it for everyone. I liked that it was sortof a hidden gem for those who were interested in it.

@Julio C Castro @pangolin12 I'd probably advise going to the road anyway and seeing what the situation is - it may be a temporary block. Even if it isn't open, it will be useful for others to know that it is still blocked off.
