Not sure what species this is, but it doesn't look like Arborophila cambodiana to me.....

Excellent - this was one of the species which I thought was going to be unrepresented later in the thread :)
 
@TeaLovingDave - in his year list and trip report @LaughingDove did call these Crimson-headed Partridges. When titling this photo "Chestnut-headed Partridge" he would have just made a typo (perhaps because he also saw Chestnut-hooded Laughing-Thrushes on Mt. Kinabalu).
