I asked the people in the truck pulling out of there and they said it was their understanding that those aviaries would be used for holding and the birds would be moved. Of course, it was a Horticulture Department truck, so I don't know how accurate it is.
@birdsandbats@Zoological Point The maleos are at the Wings of Australasia aviaries now. The jewel in the crown are Tongan megapode and Blyth's trapogan. Other missed-out species include Edward's pheasant, orange-bellied fruit dove and white-crowned shrike.
