I wish more U.S. zoos had these. I am afraid wildcats are going to die out in the U.S.

@Arizona Docent - I wish they had small cats in zoos more too. But I don't wish to see them in an exhibit like this.

@Arizona Docent Omaha has African wildcats in their desert dome also in the safari park.

Hogle Zoo (pictured here) no longer has wildcat. I believe there are sand cats in this exhibit. @Luke da Zoo nerd I thought Omaha had black footed cat now in Desert Dome instead of wildcat?

@Arizona Docent I don't think so. I think they USED to have Black footed cats on exhibit.

@Luke da Zoo nerd If you are correct, then I think they are one of only two USA facilities that still have wildcat on exhibit. The other is Great Cats World Park.
