@Paul Kalisch They do, and even African hoofstock (zebras, impala, and others) have access to the yard but have a method of escape via strategically placed logs.
@ThylacineAlive I don't exactly know, but it seems the only way in-out is via the water, so there is probably no way a non-swimming animal could get through.
