It's kind of funny to see it without feathers - but a bit sad at the same time. I'm assuming it's a rescue bird that wouldn't stop plucking?
 
@EsserWarrior You mean the species or plucking? The species here (one of the lorikeets) is extremely common in the private trade. Plucking really only happens in birds that aren't cared for well. Plucking birds in zoos are usually rescues from bad homes that wouldn't stop the bad habit.
