Not quite, these are Rainbow Sharks, Epalzeorhynchus frenatus. Red-tailed Black Sharks only have red tails, all other fins are black. Rainbow Sharks have all red fins, like these here. They also have the notable spot at the base of the tail, able to be seen on several individuals here.
