I did see that hole and that is one thing... an whole other matter is just how dirty and grimy this aviary is, how devoid of true shelter it is and how it has rather limited perches. Definitely not an example of how vultures should be kept.
Also definitely not an example of how things should be done in a zoo. From what I've seen it seems this place is rather substandard and badly maintained.
