Good lord...another obscure American zoo with chain-link carnivore cages that definitely look too small for their inhabitants. It's not even surprising, but this place is yet another non-AZA zoo with jackals. Those canids are unheard of in AZA establishments.

I finally went there primarily to see the jackals; I love canids (and carnivores in general) and has never seen any of the species. They were much smaller than I expected. They're one of the few exhibits that didn't have a "rescue" sign next to it (same with the arctic wolves).
