Chlidonias 6 Mar 2020 I don't think you'll be able to get any ID on the bird above the cage - all I can see is a brown blob. Most likely it would be either a juvenile Brahminy Kite or a Crested Serpent Eagle. The bird inside the cage is a Brahminy Kite.
