That is a ridiculously tiny stall of the Bull, not much larger than itself... Same with the bull outdoor yards, really brings the whole complex way down in my books.
You are absolutely right. That's why I suppose that Camel house is being converted for male elephant. But this also isn't big, look at one of the earlier pictures.
