Omaha has really upgraded its big cat exhibits in the past few years. The African Lion 'mountain' is probably my all-time favourite lion exhibit...the Cheetah area of African Grasslands is terrific...and now the Amur Tiger and Snow Leopard exhibits in Asian Highlands are also top-notch. Omaha has come a long way from the soon-to-be-demolished 1977 Cat House. Wow. I think that my buddy @Arizona Docent needs to visit this summer!
