Can the lizards climb that small rock wall and go onto the main path? Or is the wall taller on their side than it looks from here so they cannot get out?

You will see on other pictures that the dragons climb upon the rock but it's not near the enclosure's fence.
There is a glass on the back side with another viewing point for visitor. The exhibit forms a triangle and the rock is near of one the tip (the ewhibit is small).
