@Elephantelephant Yes it is, and it must surely be one of Europe's very best elephant exhibits. As a bonus, I saw at least 4 Nutria scampering around on the grass.
@Elephantelephant I dunno, colognes facilities are so large, particularly the indoor area, I think its pretty hard to beat. I like this complex alot more aesthetically however, and I agree that it is very very nice.
@DelacoursLangur I thought it was one of the best African elephant facilities in Europe (I forgot to write it). They have a great house at the Cologne Zoo, but the paddocks are no longer so spectacular. But my favorite indoor facility is Zurich.
