Bison In The Distance

Seen on the Cones Dike Trail in Payne's Prairie. Taken on 5-15-20.
Are the bison and horses at Payne's Prairie truly wild or are they fenced? And are there Florida Grasshopper Sparrows there?

@birdsandbats Have no clue about Florida Grasshopper Sparrows, but yes the horses and bison are truly wild. The Bison came in 1975 from Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma to repopulate the prairie and the horses are descendants from the horses the Spanish brought here and became feral. Adjoining the prairie there is a herd of Cracker Cattle as well. The prairie is fenced in to prevent the bison from coming out.
