I am deeply fascinated by this house. I find it an absolute atrocity and yet, somehow, I would like to see it for myself before it is (hopefully) demolished or perhaps put to a better use.
You, Animal, has showed so many great photos from this house. I hope you go on doing that.
It is a true shame to consider that there are a number of "atrocities" such as this cat house still open and packed with animals in the year 2010. I've visited such buildings at the Omaha, Cincinnati and Denver zoos, and every few years those 3 zoos open impressive modern exhibits while their cats remain locked up in subpar enclosures.
@Animal I know its been some years, but your guess was pretty good, the house stayed, as far as i know, the same for the last ten years, except for an extension of the outdoor cages, currently its getting renovated, the renovation is nearly finished.
