Looks like a Bengal. It's a breed/hybrid that goes back to crossing asian leopard cat with a domestic cat. A few still do F1 crossings, but later generations are much more common. A lot of wild cat rescues have a few, along with Savannah cats (serval x domestic). People get them without realizing they're not as easy to raise as a domestic, and very few domestic cat rescues/shelters will take them.
@TinoPup Your probably right, not very well versed in hybrid identification. I just said Savannah as it was the first hybrid variety that came to mind.
