KevinB 7 Jun 2020 @Jarne I always have trouble telling apart scripta and troostii so it would make sense if a lot of captive specimens would be rescues. Pairi Daiza does cooperate with the organization Carapace, which is a reptile rescue and sanctuary organization. All active and deliberate propagation of all pond slider turtle subspecies is now banned under the European Union invasive alien species regulation.
