Would be cool if they left them for historical context - though I suppose if they want to build more enclosure space for the lions on that side I wouldn't complain.
What are they renovating this building into? I see pictures of a Komodo dragon and a penguin on the fence. Is this going to become some kind of multi-species exhibit building?
@DavidBrown The building is being renovated to be home solely to lions; I don't know of any other species being added.
Presumably the penguins on the fencing are from when they were building the new exhibit recently, so the other animals are probably just leftover decoration from other construction projects.
