Jul. 2020 - Asia: Trail of the Tiger - Sun Bear Exhibit

Nice to see a well-planted sun bear exhibit. Of course these days it's nice to see a sun bear exhibit of any kind in the USA.

Interesting that "Trail of the Tiger" contains both sun bears and Asiatic black bears, both species which are being phased out of AZA zoos. Any idea if the zoo has plans to replace either species with the increasingly common sloth bear once they pass?

Could be interesting to see sloth bears where the asiatic black bears are and dholes in the sun bear exhibit.

Although to be honest after seeing dholes for the first time ever a few weeks ago I want them in every zoo
