In this exhibit are presented : breeding pair of lowland tapirs, capybaras, patagonian maras, rhea, white-faced whistling ducks, fulvous whistling ducks and chiloe wigeon. Previously there were a pair of southern screamer and at the beginning a male giant anteater (these two species have now there own exhibit)

This photo looks remarkably like the old South American Pampas exhibit at the Bronx Zoo, which is now where Congo Gorilla Forest is located.

There's something wonderfully comfortable and familiar about South American pampas exhibits. However odd the rest of the zoo, it seems like almost every large zoo I've ever done has some grassy paddock with some combination of tapir/rhea/camelid/mara/capybara/waterfowl - occasionally with additions like anteaters, agoutis or peccaries. It's a nicely reliable exhibit, but with enough possibilities that they don't end up all the same.
