One of the zoo’s Red-handed Tamarins, Alvin who lost his arm in an accident. Fortunately, he has been a successful father to several offspring. Darling Downs Zoo is only one of two zoos that house Red-handed Tamarins in Australia which arrived from an import of 3.3 a few years ago.
