Prior to 2020, Victorian sugar gliders were classified the nominate subspecies of Sugar Glider - Petaurus breviceps breviceps. According to the 2020 split, these animals are now all Krefft's Glider - Petaurus notatus.
@Chlidonias I would say Greater Gliders are guaranteed at Badger Weir - quite possible to get 10+... whereas a typical night I might see one or two Sugar/Krefft's. I've seen Yellow-bellied Gliders there too but you hear them more than you see them. I currently undertake regular glider surveys for work so I have quite a few good spots for any of the three species if you're unlucky there.
