Now that this exhibit has been open for several years, how is it holding up? Is the monorail ride component operating reliably now? Are the orangutans using the climbing cable system? Are the orangs often visible from the ride?
When I visited the zoo a few weeks ago, I did not see the orangutans utilizing the cable line and the monorail was not in operation. However, I suspect the latter was because of Covid.
