Those who haven’t been to Thrigby need to see the Sumatran Tiger exhibit: walkways over it allow for great views. It’s a bit Heath Robinson, but rather marvellous.
Do they still have that piece of coloured glass/film on one of the ground-level viewing windows that supposedly gives you 'deer vision' in order to demonstrate the tiger's camouflage? I always thought that was a great educational feature, but have only ever seen it at Thrigby.
