This is the view from the top level of the multi-storey car park serving the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari and River Safari. It was recently expanded from 3 storeys to 5 storeys to cater for future growth in visitorship. The new hotel that is being built will be adjacent to this car park, and will be of similar height. So this could be the view from the hotel when it (hopefully) opens in 2023.
