I think this is a nice male humpbacked limia (Limia nigrofasciata). I think you posted a photo of one recently. Zoogoneticus is a goodeid, so quite different. The name splitfin refers to the male's andropodium (anal fin modified for sperm tansfer), quite different from male Limia's gonopodium.
