Does anyone know of any musky rat kangaroos in captivity? I was really happy to finally observe this species in the Daintree. Being truly diurnal and engaging and active to watch, you'd think we'd see lots of these in our zoos. But I know of none. Then again, you'd think every Australian zoo would house numbats also....
@toothlessjaws that's something I have always wondered about as well. There are none in captivity, and I've never heard of them ever being kept, and yet they should be for the very reasons you say.
