What on earth is happening here? This enclosure in Monkey Heights has been temporarily empty for so long that I can barely remember who the last occupants were - Mangabeys? Now this incongruous barrier has appeared on the top level (along with scaffolding) Is this a new health and safety requirement that will be featuring in all high level enclosures?
