@Wyman Me too. I like that they put their penguins in a nicer exhibit, but I wish that it wasn't in Bear Country. I heard they're not getting a Polar Bear because they're considered aquatic animals and the Philadelphia Zoo isn't an aquarium, but there's plenty of zoos that have Polar Bears that aren't aquariums.
@Fignewton polar bears do fall under the Marine Mammal Protection Act, and as such need specially designed habitats. I hope that if the zoo does bring polar bears back that they galvanize the pool and use a saltwater system rather than the freshwater system currently in use.
