@SivatheriumGuy Well, are all macaws in open-topped exhibits clipped? The Philadelphia Zoo has a pair of Blue-and-yellow Macaws in an open-topped exhibit.
@Fignewton Pretty sure these are at least. I know zoos keep trained free-flying parrots that are used for flying shows and similar but idk what Philadelphia does. But if you see a non-netted exhibit for macaws, be sure that they are clipped.
