This institution started as an aquarium, but acquired many zoo animals in the last decade. Besides the kangaroos, they hold koalas, equidnas, wombats, colobus monkeys, meerkats, lemurs and some others.

Yeah, that's pretty nice. They are a private institution, so they have more resources to bring those different animals... Actually, it's pretty good to have a zoological company with such big budgets like São Paulo aquarium, because besides executing such good breeding programs and having above average enclosures, they still give people the opportunity to meet these really different, beautiful and interesting animals.
