@Dhole dude This specific exhibit had Golden Lion Tamarins (there's one in the back). The whole building, which was actually called the Exotic Animal House, most recently had 8 Golden Lion Tamarins, 2 Golden-headed Lion Tamarins, 3 Red-handed Tamarins, 4 Goeldi's Marmosets, 2 Cotton-top Tamarins, 2 White-headed Marmosets, 3 Black-tufted Marmosets, and 1 Emerald Toucanet. It has also had more reptiles and birds at times, including Green Iguana, Toco Toucan, Black-headed Parrot, Mata Mata, Boa Constrictor, and Burmese Python. In the 1970s, this was a breeding facility, closed to the public. At the time there were Common Squirrel Monkeys, mangabeys, and Woolly Monkeys (!!!).

@Fignewton I just now noticed the golden lion tamarin in this exhibit. Didn’t this exhibit close because a tree fell on it? And brandywine had wooly monkeys?

@Dhole dude Yes, the tree fell because of a storm in 2013. Some of the monkeys they kept, while others were sent to nearby zoos. And yes! The Woolly Monkeys were there in the 1970s, but were off exhibit.

@Dhole dude Yeah, the building was demolished and the zoo kept 2 Golden Lion Tamarins and 2 Golden-headed Lion Tamarins. The remaining Golden Lion Tamarins went to the Philadelphia and Elmwood Park Zoos, but I'm not sure where all the others went.
