It looks a lot like a Plumed whistling duck (Dendrocygna eytoni), but the white cheek patch doesn't entirely square with that species.

@KevinB Perhaps it might be a hybrid with a white-faced whistling duck

This looks a lot like a West Indian Whistling Duck (Dendrocygna arborea), but it could also be a hybrid.

Those feathers under the wing point to a Plumed Whistling-Duck hybrid.
