Eocene, 55 million years old. 1 centimeter, under a magnifying glass. Found near Dormaal (Zoutleeuw). Compared to distant relative, modern tarsiers. Named after French Jesuit priest and paleontologist Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, who tried to reconcile evolution and Christianity.
