Thanks for uploading this map. By the time the zoo's centenary rolls around in 2022 there will be even more changes in comparison to what has already occurred in the last 15 years. Houston Zoo continues to become one of the best zoos in the country.
@Dhole dude As for the Mexican wolf I am not sure but my best guess would be over on the East hoof stock area which is where the giant anteaters, capybara, & okapi are.
@Jake From State Farm Hey Jake! I had been looking for this today, because all my pre-2008 versions have been lost and I was trying to show someone where exactly old Gorilla was situated. Imagine my surprise to see who uploaded it!
As for Mexican Wolves: if my memory serves, they were that enclosure southwest of 'Siberian tiger' that's unlabeled on your map (they were gone by this edition) and shares a barn with old maned wolf. If you squint, you can make out some tiny grey illustrations in that enclosure which I'm pretty sure are meant to be wolves.
@Jake From State Farm never mind. Found an older map. You're right, they were at the end of East hoof run. The unlabeled enclosure I was looking at was old Jaguar.
