@PossumRoach I just find chimpanzees disturbing, probably due to their proximity and similarities with humans in terms of their "dark sides" so when I saw these statues of chimps dressed in human clothes I just found them more than a little disturbing / eerie.
@PossumRoach That was an interesting story and quite sad and bizarre how these animals were used to promote Japanese millitarism. But then again animals have always been utilized for political, religious or other purposes by people.
