@CheeseChameleon2007 I don't think so, it's certainly some kind of scorpionfish, possibly a close relative of the stonefish family? If I recall correctly it was signed as Painted Stingfish (I could be wrong though), but googling the name gives results for a completely different species.
@Kakapo agree with Inimicus certainly on the yellow one, if you look closely you can see the 2 free lower rays of the pectoral fin it uses to drag itself around with
