In 2019 this area housed a few species of aracari, but they have been moved off-show now. The area is now the main "hub" for two blue-and-gold macaws that according to signage can roam free in the oasis, when they are not being trained by their keepers.
They changed it again? During my second visit this accommodated bee-eaters. The rock wall housed the breeding holes. During my third visit there was the aracari aviary with the macaws in a tiny aviary in the back on the right side. You should probably still see the square area extending further then the rock wall where their aviary was.
 
@Jarne Some parts of Pairi Daiza are pretty prone to being changed multiple times over. The Oasis especially has seen quite a few species come and go over the years.
